TPI is led by two partners and brothers in law, Antonio Buonocore and Luca Lisella who bring over 20 years of combined experience in construction management, finance and logistics. Anthony Buonocore

Partner

Anthony earned a Bachelor Business Administration Degree concentration in finance. His corporate background spans Sales, Brand, and Operational Finance for leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations, where he led complex logistics, freight, warehousing and procurement optimization through Value Engineering. Anthony also developed deep expertise in commercial contract management, retail trade negotiations, go-to-market execution, and maximizing marketing investment effectiveness.

Throughout his career, he earned recognition for providing strategic financial leadership, driving long-range planning, and managing risk, commodity inflation, and business performance at the executive and board levels. His experience includes complex project management, systems integration, supply chain optimization, and advanced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Luca Lisella

Partner

Luca Lisella earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with a minor in Construction Management, providing a strong foundation in both design and construction. Over the last 12 years, Luca has had the experience of managing and coordinating complex construction projects for public agencies and private clients throughout the NY metropolitan area both in the field and office setting – Working throughout all phases of a project this unique background allows him to effectively bridge the gap between architects, engineers, contractors and owners.

His experience includes construction administration, quality assurance, contractor coordination, inspections, payment reviews, change order management, estimating, and project documentation. He has supported large-scale projects valued at over $275 million to as low as $1.5 million, working closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements. He is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and project execution both in past and future experiences.
